Order Processing

  • Once your order has been placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an email with a tracking link. The tracking link will not work immediately as the shipping provider will need to update the status of the delivery once we’ve handed the parcel over to them. Please always check your spam folder

Shipping

  • We ship all across the UK.
  • We do not ship internationally from our website. International customers can order from our Etsy store.
  • Our prices are based on Royal Mail published prices.
  • Royal Mail define ‘working days’ as Monday-Friday.
  • The delivery times are estimates from the shipping provider and may sometimes take longer.

Delivery Delays

The above times for delivery are estimates. There may at times be delivery delays from Royal Mail, due to increased demand during bank holidays, Christmas, other holiday periods, strike or other factors.

Once we have dispatched your order, unfortunately any delivery delays are beyond our control.

Order Not Received 

Royal Mail state to contact them if it has been more than 7 working days from the expected due date. However we would recommended contacting us before this. Contact us if it has been more than 5 working days from the expected due date and we will try our best to assist you with this. The longer it is left, the harder it can be to resolve, so please do not leave it any later.

We receive proof of delivery from Royal Mail. If there has been a failed attempted delivery then please do check at your local sorting office. This is beyond our control, and is your responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or collect the item from your local sorting office.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

If you have provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address then you will not receive your parcel. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.

Of course, we understand this is obvious, but this can be a big challenge to small businesses. So please do double (or even triple) check your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order.

If you notice the error immediately, please contact us straight away so we are able to ship it to the correct address. However, if the order has already been sent out, then unfortunately we will not able to do anything and you will not receive your order.
