Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You must then return the item back to us within 14days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the returned items are packaged securely so the goods are not damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any lost returns by the shipping provider. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and proof of delivery. 

We reserve the right to return any items back to you that do not comply with our returns policy.

Please note we do not offer pre paid returns, therefore it is the buyers responsibility for any returns postage costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there's an issue with your item. We package our journals with great care and protection, in the unlikely event the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will require details and photographs of the item and packaging within 48 hours of you receiving the order. Once verified we will send a full replacement but not a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will need to follow the full returns procedure.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. The refund will consist of the cost of your original order minus the initial delivery cost.
